One New Category for the Happiness @ Work Award

Exciting Announcement!

We have an exciting announcement to make today. In addition to the 5 categories selected by an expert jury, and with the ongoing growth of entries in the Happiness @ Work Award, we want to give organizations a chance to showcase their best efforts to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.

Introducing the new Best Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Program category means the Award can recognize more great stories and practices and we think this is a good thing!

The Happiness @ Work Award accepts entries in six different types of categories. We also have a seventh category “Happiest Workplace Award”. The Jury makes a pick based on all submitted applications.

It is our efforts and thoughts on the future of the Workplace, and our attempt to continuously challenge organizations to offer better and more sustainable solutions that will bring happiness and positivity to employees that inspires us every day. The Award and discussion around Workplace Happiness is but a starting point for the work that must be done to make workplace happiness the norm.

If you believe your organization has exemplary or unique work-site or workplace wellness, engagement, or inclusion programs or initiatives that foster healthy, productive, and happy employees, then here’s your chance to showcase alongside some of the most inspiring and successful organisations in the MENA Region!

Private and public-sector organizations can apply online until Thursday, 28 November 2019

The Award management team would like to thank both the judging panels and advisors for their support in the past few months as we work on introducing this new category.

Should you need more information on the model and how to apply, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@happinessaward.com
